Cognitive Development Samuel Carino PSY202: grownup Development and Life judging (CNA1211A) Prof. Don Frey March 31, 2012 After reviewing the cognitive studys created by K. Warner Schaie, I found that I am currently strong in tot solelyy theater of operationss but some are stronger than others. I as well as noticed in the graph based on longitude changes in the sextuplet areas of cognitive growth that in late enceinte hood some of the cognitive areas decrease dramatically (Witt & deoxyadenosine monophosphate; Mossler, 2010, Chapter 4: Cognitive Development, Figure 4.4). I hope that with the development of juvenile medicine that the areas would change with age. Out of the cardinal cognitive development areas I feel I am strongest at perceptual speed. The mission that I am currently tasked for puts me in situations where I have to make life changing decisions in the dash of an eye. My weakest area of the six would be numbers, I eternally had a problem with math and I contract out fender that area with the continuation of my education. Throughout my education I for find have to use all of the areas to the best of my ability, and with the increase of my familiarity through and through school I will be fit to nourish better at each area.

I good plentifulness get better in each cognitive area by studying and applying myself in everything I do. Through fourth dimension I will develop different methods of expanding my areas of cognitive development. I feel that one way to develop and sustain all six areas will be by living a healthy lifestyle. I also think as I get older if I can stay finicky I wil! l be able to sustain the six areas a lot longer than the average man. References Witt, G.A., & Mossler, R.A.
